Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was ideally situated for getting around the area and very close to Kildare shopping village, offering a central location. The rooms were outstandingly clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful stay. However, the temperature control could be improved as it was a bit too warm and couldn’t be adjusted. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially during a disturbance overnight. The location was great with easy access to local attractions, but there were slight noise disturbances due to the main road. The dining experience was tasty and well-presented, yet the early breakfast start time for travelers could be more accommodating. Overall, a fantastic hotel with minor room temperature issues and noise concerns from outside.
The hotel experience was lovely, with perfect rooms across the street from the Silken Thomas. The Annexe at the side of the Silken Thomas did little to match the excellent food and service provided within the rest of the establishment. The service was delightful and always ready to assist at the Silken Thomas, making the stay highly enjoyable.
The hotel was located in a central area with easy access to local attractions. The rooms, though a bit small, were nicely decorated and very clean. The service was exceptional, with thoughtful touches and engaging interactions. The dining experience offered a great menu but had some billing issues. Overall, a good value for money stay with a few minor drawbacks.
